"Mr. King was more expensive than all of the others that I got a quote from. But I will say after his initial quote we were able to omit a few things and get the price lower. It was very hard convincing my husband that this cleaning could cost so much. But I felt very secure in Mr. Kind's professionalism and the history of his company. I will say some of the folks who came by to give me a quote were not exactly what I expected to be promoted by Angie's List. This was my first time to use Angie's List by the way. I felt like Mr. King knew his business and would do an excellent job. So far my rugs and carpet look terrific. I will know more after they are dry. The den rug looks new. "The very first phone call was very unprofessional. They called and complained that because I went through home advisor, they had to pay $30 for the lead. Then after all that chatter, and guilt trip, gave a price. The son the cleaner arrived really late. Did not answer calls or let me know they were late. I had to call them so many times before he actually arrived. Basically, did not follow up on anything that he said he would do. If you want an unprofessional experience with an average clean and wet carpet, go for them."
