Within three to five years, the driveway had cracked and developed sinkholes. Perez did much more than remove the old asphalt. They also removed the old fill, replaced it with processed stone, and carefully checked the driveway’s pitch with a level as they worked. For example, they made sure the surface would drain properly instead of leaving low spots where water could collect. They followed through on everything they promised—and even exceeded expectations. They said they would remove the old asphalt and fill, add processed stone, apply at least three inches of asphalt, and compress it to about two and a half inches. These extra steps showed they were focused on building a durable driveway, not just covering up the old surface. They did a tremendous job and were professional, polite, and detail-oriented throughout."

"This business is run by an industrious, sincere, communicative young man who really hustles, knows his work, and delivers a good product.. He and his assistant went out of their way to help a neighbor they encountered while doing our driveway sealing, which I thought was extraordinary. My only downgrades would be that Tyler overschedules and had to put me off twice. Additionally, I think it is curious that his business is Asphalt Solutions when he doesn t apply asphalt as his sealant, using some other compound that does a nice job.. It also was not explained to me beforehand that the crumbling edges of my driveway would not/could not be repaired with his product and procedure. That, as it turns out, will cost me more than the sealing process. All told, my experience was quite positive with a good result (aside from the edges) at a reasonable price."
