Took over 2 years to get work done, they had extremely rude office staff, and after patiently waiting for remaining work to be done, trying to be considerate of a post covid world where workers are in short supply and costs have gone up, to hear they are sending the bill to collection as a threat is ridiculous since the full scope of agreed upon work is not complete. As a consumer with many other companies competing for business we had goodwill that this company could still do right by us which was obviously over generous on our end. Having to go elsewhere which in hindsight, we should have done a year ago but we were stuck as prior work was still not done correctly. Cannot express enough how mych stress this company added to our lives."
