He also poured a 10 x 10 area of concrete in an area adjacent to my patio floor, installing a drain and drainage pipe, as well. Finally, he resurfaced the existing concrete patio floor, painted it and sealed it. Inoke was professional, flexible, informative and kept me apprised of the production schedule. "Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."

"Tom Cohen and Joe Sapir were great. They went through the possibilities and options with us, including what we could do with our budget and possibilities for financing. We bought our house as part of a repossessed hillside property, and we had to buy it in "as is" condition with decades of deferred maintenance. We had chipped away at fixing up the interiors over the past ten years, and were ready for a major (and long overdue) overhaul of the exteriors. The house is 1,200 square feet, but the garage is basically two stories with the living area on the third floor. That means a lot of stucco to repair and a lot of surface to paint. We needed new windows to replace the 50-year old ones that were original with the house, along with a new front door and sliding glass door in the back. This included expanding the size of the windows so that they were bigger (and actually up to code). The insulation in the attic was very old and needed to be replaced as well. Our garage door was dented (by a previous owner) and needed to be replaced along with the motor. Our back porch was falling apart, and we needed that repaired and painted. Our back yard had little privacy and was too hot to spend much time in for most of the year, so we also had them put in a large alumawood patio cover that extends over the porch and most of the yard (to the edge of our garden). It was important to us not to just pick a "low bid" contractor and instead to get a company that would do the work with high-quality materials and skilled crews with proper insurance and quality guarantees. We wanted this to be the last major overhaul we have to do on the exteriors of this house. The crews that came to do all of the work were very skilled, and worked with us to make sure they were doing exactly the work we wanted. Each phase of the project went quickly and efficiently, with prompt inspections and "touch-ups" afterwards to make sure everything was done well. Tom and Joe were very responsive and communicated well with us throughout the projects. We are very happy with the work, and we got our money's worth."

"I first met Tony, owner of Nexxus Remodeling, soon after his lead hardwood flooring installer had come to check out my home so they could send me an estimate. My project was to rip out all carpet in my upstairs, and on the stairs from the 1st floor. Even before I had received all bids I’d sought from him and other contractors, Tony found out the floor I’d intended to buy was out of stock. He arranged for me to go to a showroom that has the best inventory and selection I’d seen in my search, and he met me there to personally assist me to find flooring I liked just as well as my first choice. His crew does it all (carpet removal and disposal; installation of hardwood flooring, moldings and risers; carpentry; removal and replacement of doors and furniture; and, clean up after each days work). Not only that but they removed a washer and dryer that had konked out, and brought them downstairs onto my patio, AND then they cleaned out a laundry area that had at least 25 years worth of lint and dust built up in it. I sincerely recommend Nexxus Remodeling for your next home renovation project - not just for hardwood installation (they do it all!)."
