"Paul is a treasure. He came by to look at the job in the evening and since he had what he needed in the truck, spent a couple hours removing a dead sink disposal, re-plumbing everything, cleaning out the system & testing it thoroughly, all for a very fair price. He was delightful to work with. I will ask him back for future jobs & I highly recommend him."

"I suspected a toilet might be leaking into our flooring, so I asked if a technician would come out to the house and run a camera through the toilet line to look for a leak (a service many plumbers do not offer). We are nearly an hour from the office and outside the service area, but the office manager spoke to the owner and he agreed. The technician came, inspected the area and toilet, and then said that he was sure the problem wasn't the toilet. He made other suggestions for how we can diagnose the leak (which don't result in money for his company). He did not charge for the service call! Truly an unusual and positive experience."
