"Carlos and his crew did a fantastic jib removing existing pavers that had sagged, preparing the correct base and then reinstalling the existing pavers in the same pattern. I highly recommend NARANJO and Carlos and his team. "

"<strong><em>  First of all, Mikes' Landscaping sub-contracted out the job to Herron Contractors, who I knew nothing about but since Mikes Landscaping was recommended by Angies List and he used them they must be OK.  Well Herron Contractors turned out to be a one man show who could not come til 4:45 pm each day due to his full time job.  It is done he is paid.  I will not use Mikes Landscaping or Herron Contractors again.</em></strong> <br />"

"Pete and his team were great!!! Pete as the owner of precision decorative concrete keep us completely updated on each step of the way through our large project. Pete first met with my wife and I to quote us on completing a stamped front walkway and rear patio along with a 2 car driveway of standard concrete. Pete was very professional and explained what would be involved in our project, he took the time to educate us on every detail and helped us choose colors and patterns. Although precision decorative concrete was not the least expensive quote we got but seemed by far the most trustworthy and knowledgeable. Due to the size and complexity of our project it took over a week to complete with Pete and his team showing up on time and when they said they would. Pete even went the extra mile to make sure we were completely happy by doing several extras at no additional cost!!!! I can’t say enough good things about precision decorative concrete, I would defiantly recommend and use them again!!!"

"Excellent work, on time and whole yard completed in two days. We have a large property with numerous planting beds that were overgrown with weeds. Front lawn was root bound from maple trees. Wes's crew removed entire front lawn to install sod, and graded side and back yards and seeded. Planting beds were cleaned and mulched and ornamental trees and shrubs were pruned. They ware very professional and left the property and street spotless when they were finished. <br />"

"In addition to maintaining our lawn for many years, Larry has also built a gorgeous deck including a water feature.  There truly is nothing he cannot do.  His work is perfection, and you can always count on him.  He has trained his crews to do perfect work exactly as he does himself.  Not only is he a nice guy, he is a true professional,   His work speaks for itself.  Larry's prices are fair, and if he says he'll be there, he will be there!   If you want the most beautiful grounds in the neighborhood, look no further.  Brickscapes is the only way to go! <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for patios, walks & steps installation projects in Pleasantville, NJ

To calculate your paver needs:

  • Determine how many pavers cover a square foot.

  • Determine how many square feet you need.

  • Add an additional 10% to 20% for breakage and waste.

  • Consider your pavers’ sizes.

Or, you can hire a local pro who you know will get the right measurements the first time. This way, you get your weekend back instead of spending it measuring square footage.

A pallet of pavers costs $300 to $700 on average, and each pallet covers 56 square feet. The exact price depends on the type, size, and quantity of pavers you choose. Buying in bulk can sometimes offer additional savings, especially for larger projects. Ask your pro how you can save on material costs.

To get the best prices on pavers:

  • Hire a professional landscaper: Pros often receive discounts on materials, which can make hiring them more cost-effective overall.

  • Shop at local building supply stores: Check for overstock or bulk purchase deals. Bulk purchasing can be more costly up front but save you money in the long run.

  • Buy directly from manufacturers: Purchasing from a local brickyard or paver factory can offer competitive prices, especially for large quantities.

The main difference between driveway pavers and patio pavers is their load-bearing capacity. Driveway pavers are designed to withstand the weight of vehicles, whereas patio pavers aren’t suitable for such heavy loads. You can use driveway pavers for a patio, but using patio pavers for a driveway could lead to damage. Always check the weight limits of pavers and consult with a professional installer to choose the right type for your project.

Paver patios cost more than concrete patios because the materials and installation methods require advanced techniques and skilled labor. They deliver enhanced aesthetic appeal and allow for easier small‑scale repairs without affecting property taxes. The higher expense arises from premium paver materials and intricate installation processes that deliver long‑lasting durability and design flexibility. This robust solution provides notable benefits over concrete alternatives, making it a valuable investment for homeowners.
