Then I get a voice mail stating that I cancelled the service. Now today 10-21-2022, for the 3rd day in a roll I can not speak to a representative in the Erda Utah area. I would absolutely never recommend this computer anyone. I also was on the phone with a customer representative on 10-20-22. I asked him if I could speak with a supervisor. He told me that he doesn’t have a supervisor. I am assuming that I must have been speaking with the owner of the company, since he has no supervision. I had a manger with DFCM in the state of Utah that over heard my conversation with this customer service member. He said that the state of utah has the exact same issues with Trugreen.
