He reviewed the area we wanted to re-do, drew rough sketches. He then made suggestions to us based upon what we would like to see. He provided various pictures for to see and be able to envision the <br /> completed result. He left and set up a follow time to show us his completed plans. We agreed to the final plans and pricing. We were disappointed in that it would take longer to start the project than what we were envisioning, but <br /> this was due to both weather delays and their already committed schedules. That we understood. Then one day shortly after Kelby called and said they had an unexpected opening also because of weather. He set it up for the next day. He arrived with a complete working crew the next day and proceeded start planting and moving current plants. His crew was very pleasant and polite and extremely accommodating to our needs. We have since then had to contact Kelby about other plant concerns <br /> not related to their project but he still was very helpful and cordial to us. <br />"
