"We had Emerson Paints paint the exterior of our home. This company is so professional. They got my appointment within two weeks like I had asked. When I had questions or concerns they answered everything in such a friendly, calming and professional manner. The painter was friendly and so kind and worked so hard. Our house looks amazing and brand new. They were careful to tape up all the areas that weren't getting painted and I even saw the painter go around with a brush touching up tiny little spots and he didn't leave until he had it all done. When the job was finished everything was cleaned up and moved back into place. The next day I got a call from the office so they could make sure I was satisfied."

"Very well. Robert explained the work they would do and he coordinated tile, plumbing and countertop replacement. We had an early 80's kitchen that needed help but we didn't want a major renovation. They updated our cabinets with new, larger doors, painted the frames, added soft-close hinges, and constructed a new cabinet to replace a built-in desk. New backsplash, granite countertops, and hardware. Their work was a superb value and we're pleased with our new "bright" kitchen!"

"George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.

"The overall price came out to be a bit higher than expected, but the crew got the work done in a timely manner. The drywall and paint work was of reasonable quality - some of the drywall was not as smooth as I would like and there are areas where the paint line at the ceiling is not straight (there is blue paint from the walls on the white ceiling), but the overall finished product looks fine."

"The hardest part of painting is the preparation needed for a quality paint job. I had an old wooden siding house that was built in 1892. In addition to scraping the wood, it was necessary to sand the bare spots to remove the layer of oxidation. Without this prep work, the final layer of paint simply will not adhere to the wood. William and his crew did all of this even under the most adverse circumstances (i.e., it was the hottest week if the summer). William and his crew are the hardest working and most conscientious tradesmen I have had the pleasure of working with. As a customer, my standards are high and this company more than exceeded them.
