"I am very happy with Professional Window & Door. They were indeed professional, did good work, and offered a competitive price. Most of all, I am happy with the installation. I told them from the beginning that I wanted them to take their time, perform quality installation, and do it right the first time. And they did. I'm very satisfied with the installation. I'm a little less satisfied with the manufacturer, PGT, but that's not their fault. Also, I used another window installer company about 9 years ago, that also got 4.9 stars from Angie, and I was very dissatisfied with their work. They slammed the windows in as fast as possible, made sloppy mistakes that required follow up visits, and hired shady outside contractors when problems arose. Thankfully, my experience with Professional Window and Door was very positive. I'll happily refer them to others in the future."
