"After careful consideration by qualifying 4 roofing companies and 2 expert witnesses, our association chose Aastro Roofing as our roofing contractor to replace the roof on our clubhouse and for all 23 building and 100 units just under $2MM including demo of gutters, sheathing, facia, replace domed ABS skylights with E5 triple pane glass low profile, Landmark Pro shingles, commercial sized gutters, repairing stucco and painting. We could not be happier with the end result. More importantly, after the job was completed, we did have a few issues that were repaired immediately. This is so important as here in South Florida, once a company has completed their work, they are not quick to service the customer. This was not the case with Jason Blair, CEO of Aastro. I cannot say less as we would hire this company again in 40 years when we need a reroof! "I am VERY pleased with the work performed - the job was completed 8 days before Hurricane Irma struck and we had NO leaks from the storm !!! Steve M and his crew were very professional and quite dedicated as he came by on multiple days to remove standing puddles to dry the surface prior to sealant application while awaiting a day dry enough to complete the job. The wood fascia replacement required was more extensive than I had anticipated and all wood repair was done skillfully. Once a dry day arrived, Steve completed the sealing job and just in time as the hurricane came through the following week. I doubt there is a better test of a roof sealing job than we experienced from hours of tropical wind-driven rain squalls, but we had nary a drop of leakage. Many, many thanks go out to Steve and the crew at Advantage Roofing and Inspection. Highly recommended!"

"Excess roofing sealant ran over flat roof onto freshly painted flashing. When sealant was scraped off, paint on flashing was scratched, leaving an uneven, unpainted area. No offer from Ali or team to touch up painting. I did not attempt to haggle on pricing quote and expected a job well done for the price. i received a lower quote for same work from another Home Advisor contractor who may have finished more professionally."
