"After agreement on price for labor and material, and 2-3 after we signed a contract, he changed mind and raised the price stating that he r-measured the square footage. I asked him if he measured the floor before he gave me his quote, he responded that it was for quote purposes, now he re-measure for installation purposes. In other words, he quotes a lesser price to get the business, then raise it after he takes your deposit. That is outright fraud. The work itself was average, the paint was quite inferior with shadows all over the walls and many spots were missed, installation of toilets and vanities ere ok just that the baseboards around it was not completed and not caulked. Finally, he was supposed to re-caulk the entire apartment, specially the kitchen counter around the sink. He never finished his shoddy work so I hired another person to clean up the job and make it more presentable. His overall work is like a kid did the job for the first time, specially painting and baseboards, in addition to his lack of ethics. I would not recommend him unless you want to throw your money away, then re-do the job by a competent person."
