We were in a bind and needed to get the old furniture out before the new furniture was delivered. Steve was graciously added us on to his schedule on short notice. I received a phone all from Steve thirty minutes prior to his arrival to alert us that they were in route. He and his assistant were very careful with the furniture and with the walls/floors in our home. Unlike other similar companies, there was no grumbling about how heavy the furniture was, the few stairs they had to go up and down etc. They seemed genuinely happy to be doing this job for us. When they completed the job, they sent me “before” and “after” pictures to show me the work they completed. They expertly completed all the work in a very timely manner.
