He gave me all the steps and material that they use. He broke down the process and had a great quote compared to others I checked with. From start to finish he never stopped communicating. I never had to call him. He was emailing and texting me updates before I even had a question. With bad weather coming in I thought I would have to wait a little bit for the install but they bumped up the install time and had my patio installed ahead of schedule.
