Ed fixed that section and replaced the piece of molding that was damaged. The deadbolt works great now and the front looks 100 times better. Overall, I give an A+."

"Joe was fantastic in resolving these repairs at my mother's 100 year old house. Working through a federal program for funding, Joe provided the estimate quickly and within budget. He was able to find era-appropriate flooring for the porch. He also installed much safer handrails on the steps up from the street to the porch and corrected the unsafe side entry by installing a sturdy platform and step. I will hire him for any of the items I need done at mom's or my house. Thanks Joe and crew."
