He is the reason the company did so well the first guy to receive a company vehicle that always stayed clean stocked and maintained. 10 years of perfect attendance and the only installer/technician that never complained or received a complaint. His commitment to his family and his work is something you just don’t find these days in the trades. When I needed an honest answer he always delivered the facts. He has worked through extreme conditions, the tightest crawl spaces, even spent months working out town during the tubs fire away from his young beautiful family running a 100 unit Hilton. I was injured on the job and unable to work. That was Oscars first time running work for me, he did an amazing job. The first thing is that he was the only one who would come promptly. He came in 2 hours. He bypassed came back 2 days later. They had to dig up my lawn to replace the pipe and when they were done you could not even tell they had touch the lawn. You could not see where they had dug it up. They were on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. I couldn't say enough good things."

Communication matters a great deal, and Karen and Rachel are excellent communicators.  <br /> Curtis, the plumber, was kind, respectful of my home, worked efficiently, and showed me how to clean the tank so that I can hopefully preempt any fungal buildup to which toilets in this humid forested area are prone. He had also found the best possible match to the existing tile in my bathrooms, so we special-ordered the "biscuit" porcelain (for about an extra $100 per toilet).  <br /> I'm very pleased that I went with Evans Mechanical both for my plumbing needs and the new furnace. "Gregg is an excellent contractor.  He maintained great communication with me throughout the process.  He came to me whenever a decision had to be made regarding the project and did an excellent job during the installation.  The kitchen remodel process was about a month because it fell over the holidays and we had to wait for the counter-top company.  Gregg made sure our kitchen was functional over the holidays (surface to place things on and a plumbed sink) and did a great job cleaning up at the end of everyday.  He was skilled in all aspects of the project and very knowledgeable.  He did his best to minimize the impact to my family during the remodel.  He is very honest and trustworthy and does a thorough job, making sure everything is done correctly and not just "good enough".  He operates alone, so factor that into your timeline, but he does a great job.  I would highly recommend him and plan on giving him my business again in the future. <br />"
