"I hired this company six months ago to remodel my garage. The project was supposed to take 5 weeks. It shortly turned into 8 weeks. Now, six months later, the project isn't even half completed. The contract stated half of the money was to be paid up front, then half upon completion, yet they are constantly asking for more money. They only show up once per week, if they show up at all. The worksite is a mess and there is no end in site. They damaged items that they were asked to preserve, including a brand new garage door opener that I am now being asked to replace. They also damaged a retaining wall that I now have to pay someone to repair. This has been an absolute nightmare. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! The worksite is a constant mess and my neighbors are complaining. No one should have to live like this."

"This company exceeded my expectations. They installed a washer & dryer hook up in my home. A job I thought would take a week or so they completed in a weekend. Even threw in a ice maker for my fridge during the process. They are highly skilled & communicate with you throughout the job. Job went so well I recommended him to do a family members bathroom and it is absolutely beautiful. If you need some work done in your home give them a call they do great work."

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. "Adie was a pleasure to work with, and his crew really knew what they were doing. His quote was far below quotes by other contractors (normally a warning sign), but he clearly knew his stuff and my confidence in him was well-founded. I changed several details as the project went on, and Adie was happy to work with me and make any adjustments. There were delays caused by tile suppliers, but Adie worked to find other sources, and rearranged other commitments to make sure our project was completed as soon as possible. My only constructive criticism is that the quote was not itemized (which was ok for me at the time), but that caused an underestimated cost of the glass enclosure to go unnoticed in the budget until the end of the project. We’d made many changes over the course of the project, so were not unprepared for the higher cost of the glass, but I’d have known sooner if the budget had been itemized. Overall a great experience though and I would use East Bay again in a heartbeat!"
