He did not have to do that; he was very professional throughout the entire situation even trying to reason with my neighbor. Unfortunately, it was not resolved so I see civil court in my near future. Onsite measurements were done twice The fence sections were adjusted so that there weren't any short sections at the end. On Install day the crew arrived on time, worked thru lunch and were pleasant in very hot conditions. Each fence post was dug by hand. Excess soil removed. Cement was added to each post hole. By accident a sprinkler line was cut but the crew was able to repair it. To complete the job all sections were check for a level line and cleaned of dirt and cement ."
