"Harris, the owner of the company is a true professional. He came to our home with his assistant in uniform and walked us through the entire process in installing a new gas boiler. He made us aware of all of the town code requirements up front so as to avoid any potential issues. He gave us a clear itemized quote within a few minutes that turned out to be very reasonable as compared with our present heating service as well as some other companies. We were truly impressed and after a day or two decided to engage his services. The job began this past Monday and was completed by Wednesday as promised with minimal downtime without heat. "The contractor, I believe his name was Andrew, gave me an estimate and after receiving other estimates, even though I had a lower one, I went with him. I liked his description of the problem (cracked grout on shower tile floor)...suggested total replacement and also the fact that he was European trained. He took out the old tiles, and the cement sub-floor down to the rubber base, and in 3 separate consecutive mornings did the project..the last day putting a grout sealer.
