"He made the mistake of placement of one of gutter downspouts. Rather than fixing it on the day of install, he guaranteed if it didn't work out that he would return to rectify the error. The mistake is causing major water to stand on my walkway and flower bed. After many attempts to contact Jason he does not return our calls or texts. What a disappointment! We don't mind supporting local people but again if you don't stand behind your word and work how can you stay in business."
