"We hired Proper Roofing to replace our roof, and overall, we had a very positive experience. The process was smooth from start to finish. Andrew Green, the sales representative, was knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with. Jesus Villarreal, the project manager, communicated well and kept the project organized and on schedule. The installation crew worked efficiently, and we are very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and materials used. During the project, one of the company trucks accidentally damaged a water pipe. However, Jesus and Ty, the crew lead, responded quickly and promptly repaired it. Gilberto from the administrative team was also very attentive during the repair process and was helpful in coordinating payment. As a suggestion for improvement, offering an electronic payment option would make the payment process more convenient. Overall, Proper Roofing delivered quality work and strong customer service, and we would recommend them."

"The work was started and completed on the same day.  The workers were extremely nice and kept everything moving at a steady pace.  A couple of days following completion of the job, there was a lot of rain and a leak in the roof.  I called to report the problem, they came back immediately (in the rain) and reported to me they had failed to put the proper glue (or whatever they use) around one of the gutters on the roof.  They apologized for the problem and within a day or so, sent someone to do a minor repair on a ceiling that was damaged. <br /> I was very pleased with the group, and the fact that they didn't hesitate to take responsibility for a problem that was theirs, and not mine.  <br /> They were very nice people and I would definitely use them again.  I can't really say they were the lowest priced roofers around, but they used the best product and the right amount of nails (not staples) per shingle.  That's important too.  They are definitely not just a group who flies through town with no responsibility.  By the way, this was hurricane damage.  <br />"

"We are in the middle of a global pandemic (Coronavirus), but I discovered one of our windows, which had been concealed by a piece of furniture, was shattered and about to fall out. Relief Windows came out and gave me a VERY reasonable estimate to replace the broken window. I decided to go ahead and have a few others replaced, too, since they were not in great shape, either. Well, they not only gave me a very good price at an awesome discount, they never once tried to "upsell" me or tack on additional fees. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"The roof needed some repairs, and the chimney needed some repairs to stop leaking around it. TWIA sent a inspector to inspect roof, and filed with TWIA that roof had no Heil damage, only some wind damage. There was visible Hail damage, but inspector ignored Hail damage. An submitted only a few shingles were damage by wind. TWIA sent me a claim to repair only missing shingles on roof. That's when Jeff With Dutchmark came my aide, he has been working with me on the roof replacement with TWIA. If you need help with a roof, or claim. I would recommend Dutchmark for the job."

David sanded down and refinished the bathroom cabinets as well as installed all new plumbing fixtures. I also had a large fence gate that had been damaged in one of the storms. David was able to repair the fence along with the hardware. Couldn’t beat the quality or the price!"
