He did need to come to my house more than once to get a handle on a hard-to-locate leak, but this is what he did on one of those visits: I had had very low water pressure for 18 months, following the freeze last year in February, and I had just never gotten around to taking care of it. Another company (large chain) had installed a new water heater 2-3 months before the leak discovery; at that time I mentioned the low water pressure problem at least 20 times but no one paid any real attention.
