"I contacted Rich at the number provided, and he was quick to respond. We played phone tag a couple times, but eventually were able to speak with each other. I explained the situation to him and he asked a number of questions to narrow down the problem.
I had an old analog sprinkler control box that no longer worked on a automatic mode, and required the streaker system to be turned on and off manually.
He stated he could replace the box with the digital control box that would allow me to electronically schedule the watering of my lawn and different zones.
He stated he would be able to come to the house within two days and affect the repair. He also quoted me a $250 estimate.
Rich and another gentleman arrived on time on Wednesday morning and took less than 30 minutes to make the repair.  He tested the system, including the installation of the box. He actually found the box was a little too loose in its attachment to the wall, so he fixed that.
I am very pleased with the installation, with his service, and the price.

DAVE TOOK CARE TO USE PRODUCTS SAFE AROUND ANIMALS AS I HAVE A 501C3 RESCUE/SANCTUARY FOR CATS/EXOTIC BIRDS. I  ASKED DAVE TO DO SOME RESEARCH FOR SOME STRONGER PRODUCTS HE COULD USE AROUND THE ANIMALS USING PYRETHIN AS THAT IS A SAFE PRODUCT BEING MADE FROM CHRYSANTHEMUM FLOWERS. HE WAS ALL FOR IT !! I WILL SEE WHAT HE CAME UP WITH BECAUSE I NEED TO USE MY 2ND COUPON PURCHASED FROM HIM SOON.

DAVE AND THE MAN THAT CAME WITH HIM WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL.

THE DAY THAT DAVE INITIALLY CAME IT STARTED TO SPRINKLE. SO WE WERE UNSURE IF THE MOISQUITO TREATMENT WOULD TAKE. I WAS INUNDATED WITH MOSQUITOS JUST AFTER, SO I ASKED DAVE TO COME BACK AND HE WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURNED AND RETREATED.

HE MAILED ME MOISQUITO DISKS TO PUT IN A WET AREA FOR NO CHARGE. I HAD SEVERAL LARGE AREAS OF SITTING WATER  .. BUT WHO DOESNT DURING RAINY SEASON ??

AT THE TIME I HAD AN ISSUE WITH FL RED SCORPIONS IN MY HOME SO HE ADDRESSED THAT. I WAS USURE WHERE THEY WERE COMING FROM. BUT I BELIEVE THERE MAY HV BEEN A NEST UP IN THE ATTIC. SINCE HE TREATED I HAVENT HAD ANY MORE !! I WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS THIS RAINY SEASON.

*****UPDATE ****** I HAVE CONTACTED DAVE ON 5/10 AND ASKED HIM TO COME OUT FOR THE 2ND TREATMENT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF SPIDERS I HAVE IN MY GARAGE AND ON MY PATIO. THE PRODUCT HE IS USING IS NOT TAKING CARE OF THEM AT ALL. I HAVE BEEN AROUND BIRDS, CATS AND DOGS FOR 25 YEARS PLUS. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT USING A PYRETHIN BASED PRODUCT BECAUSE IT IS MADE FROM CHRYSANTHEMUM FLOWERS IS VERY SAFE AROUND ANIMALS INCLUDING BIRDS. HE IS REFUSING TO USE ANYTHING BUT HIS WATER BASED PRODUCTS WHICH HAS NOT HELPED AT ALL. I HAVE A MAJOR INFESTATION. 10X WORSE THAN HE WAS HERE LAST TIME. I CAN UNDERSTAND WANTING TO BE SAFE AROUND ANIMALS. AND IF WOULD THINK FOR A SECOEND THAT I WOULD EVER USE ANYTHING TO HARM THEM HE'S WRONG. BUT HE NEEDS TO DO HIS RESEARCH ON PRODUCTS INSTEAD OF TURNING A BLIND EYE TO A CUSTOMERS NEEDS !!! I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND ON THE UNUSED PORTION BECAUSE HE IS REFUSING TO TREAT WITH ANYTHING THAT WILL ACTUALLY WORK !! I HAVE PRODUCTS THAT I NOW SELL THAT ARE BIRD SAFE AND HES REFUSING TO USE THAT ALSO ... BEEN AROUND FOR MANY, MANY YEARS..... I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM IF YOU HAVE A INFESTATION OF ANYTHING AND YOU HAVE ANIMALS. HIS WATER BASED PRODUCTS WILL NOT WORK !!!
