"Adi talks a good story but doesn't deliver what he promises. He was hired to do a major landscaping job at our fully remodeled Malibu home. The first thing he did was bring his computer tech who presented us with a simulation of what our front yard would look like when done. Adi told us that the tech charges $800 but he would pay for it himself if we hired him. How little did we know that we should have just paid the $800 and send him on his way. After months of bumbling, re-doing, re-plumbing (his men changed the main plumbing line 3 times only to realize that it would be exposed when they put in the stairs), and $30,000, we finally decided to call it quits with him. Nothing in the job resembles the computer simulation. The rock work is poor. The decomposed granite is running through cracks in the rocks where it should have been sealed. There are so many other things that have been wrong with this job. If anyone would like to see his work (and the simulation) contact me and I'd be happy to prove my point. Maybe he's good at small jobs, but certainly does not have the vision, skill, and workers to do something first class."

"This company sent two guys out to trim the trees on my neighbors property. They were cutting trees on our property so I came out to see what was going on. I was pleasant when I interacted with them and I did not have an issue with what they were doing- they were trimming our branches on her side of the fence. Within minutes the laborer with the orange beard starting hurling insults towards me. He brought up my sexuality right off the bat. He wanted to talk about me being a '****' or a 'they/them'. The laborer he was working with laughed and encouraged it. Its unfortunate that a local company would hire labor with clear mental health issues- people who go from zero to sexual harassment within minutes. Do not give your business to a company that is promoting hate in the San Gabriel Valley. Update, upon looking at the Yelp page the orange beard day laborer 'took over' the company 3 years ago- Jeffery C. Even more reason to avoid Johnson Tree Service like the horrible company it is."
