"Jeo from Essential Builders exceeded our expectations with his meticulous approach to roof repair. He and his crew worked diligently to resolve the issues, and the results were impeccable."

"I am so pleased! They did a great job resurfacing my roof. I know, I went up and checked. Smooth surface, replaced/repaired a rotten area that was causing a leak, sealed around pipes and vents, clay tile around the outer edge, cleaned up afterward. I'm so grateful that I can relax for the next rain. Nice bunch of people too - and a great price. I should have done that years ago! I highly recommend them!"

"I was very lucky to find out Eagle View Remodeling company's Project Manager, Amir, as my contractor to repair my house floor, destroyed by water leakage. Amir was very professional and knowledgeable. With his help, we chose not an expensive but a good-quality flooring material. And the installation price was below the average price. Besides, Amir dealt with insurance, and the insurance covered all my expenses. If you want a professional and not greedy contractor, I do recommend Amir of Eagle View Remodeling Company. "I’m very happy with the work this construction company did on my home. They replaced my old roof with a beautiful Presidential-style roof, and the difference is amazing. The crew was professional, hardworking, and did a great job from start to finish. The new roof looks beautiful and completely upgraded the appearance of my house. I highly recommend them for quality roofing and construction work."

"Because I needed only a repair after a tree limb damaged the roof, many roofers either would not bid or I would have to wait for any repair. Universal did the repairs over several days by sending over crews after they had finished a prior job. Worked out well."

"Artizmo Builders built a brand new Mediterranean Style tile roof for a project of mine recently. Amazing work and worth every cent."

"I had quotes from three roofing companies, two of them offering only extensive replacement work that didn’t fit our needs. Why replace a couple whole sections of a 30-year old concrete tile roof now when there’s only a small patch of missing tiles on each? The rest of the roof is still going to be 30 years old anyway. The other company took nearly a month to get someone over here for a look, said they’d do the repair that I asked for, then took 12 more days to email a quote. I accepted that, asked about their schedule, and was told they’d get back to me. That’s where it ended. No more response. Then, I found Vision. Their business address is close. I stopped by to submit my request, and left. Ben Elbaz was already calling me back when I got just a few blocks down the street. He came to the house the same day. We also looked at our other house a few hundred feet away, where I had almost finished some work myself. Ben found a few more issues there that I wasn’t going to mention. I got a quote for the necessary damage repair, finish-up of my own uncompleted work, plus his roof “tuneup” on each house that would take care of whatever else needed attention. A bit more than I was seeking, more expense, but sensible as long as the tuneup was something worthwhile. Next morning, I texted Ben “let’s get started”. He brought a crew of two, who got it all done in one long day. I thought my uncompleted work had gone pretty well, but they evidently thought otherwise. They started over. Got rid of an unused chimney pipe flashing that I mistakenly thought I wanted 30 years ago, and closed up the useless hole with new ply sheathing and tile. Two upstairs bay windows have half-pyramid shaped tile roofing over them that didn’t turn out so well when the house was built, they’ve been ugly from the start. Unbelievably, these roofers fixed them up and they look pretty good now! I didn’t even ask them to do that. The tuneups were worth it, absolutely. And this good stuff all happened just Four days after I first contacted Vision Roofing. We’ll likely get a few more years out of our roofs, then call Vision Roofing again. Thanks, Ben!"

"The owner is great! I am a general contractor in Ventura and Homeguard is the only roofing company that I call anymore. Fred is honest, great with my customers and delivers quality work."
