Attention to all details, to all my feisty tastes, changes, ideas. Answers to all my questions, great verbal, e-mail and texting communications with all required pictures. Very good pricing, accurate, no surprises. They sent all electric, gas, water/sewer companies to mark the entire area in preparation for work. They removed old pond, waterfall, replaced water piping with new one, hidden under concrete. All cleaning after each day of work. They have all the machines and tools needed for masonry, granite, trees, flowers, grass, etc. I had a wonderful experience and can't wait to continue working with this crew for the back of my house, driveway, etc. Didn't stop to what was written in contract, added little details with pleasure, no overcharge. Yes, it did mean that the job would cost more because you can't build a wall on shale, but Rob had thoroughly discussed with us ahead of time that you never know what you are going to find when you dig so we were definitely OK with having to deal with that. He also did what he could to make it work on both ends, and we are eternally grateful to him for that!"

"Jaime originally came to remove the old concrete front path and front step and replace them with new ones and he did an excellent, professional job. He is a very hard worker and delivers a quality result. He also installed wooden handrails on the step to protect from falls. While he was here he found that I needed a downspout replaced on my house and I wanted to run piping from it under the path and lawn. He did those jobs and put down soil, grass seed, and hay on the areas that were dug up. I also needed my mailbox post placed in concrete so that it would not fall over during rainy seasons. Jaime accomplished this as well and it is sturdier than it has ever been. His prices are very fair, his work ethic is great, and the quality of his work is exceptional. I would definitely recommend Jaime's company, JRG Construction, for concrete and other general construction jobs and landscaping. I will be calling upon him for other jobs now that I know him."
