He brought a small excavator, the perfect tool for the job, and he expertly operated it, never once hitting or damaging the brand new PVC fence that was very close to the 110’ long work area. Cesar, the owner of Regina evaluated the situation and rather than trying to get me to pay for a new pipe which would have required ripping up a part of the driveway, he solved the problem with ingenuity. In the end, his cost was well below a new pipe which was not needed. I have now had him look at several other projects I have wanted to do over the years. He put thought into those as well and I’m sure he will do a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. He also put down mulch in the same visit, also at a very reasonable price. Again, this is company I would highly recommend. This comes from a homeowner of 25 years at the same location who has seen and spoken with dozens of contractors."
