"The tools were not charged when they arrived, no pictures of chimney inspection prior to cleaning, and I had to request a picture of the chimney interior once the very quick (what they called a deep cleaning) was done. I would not recommend."

"Unfortunately, I have to give these people a start, even though they don't deserve it, and I suspect their good reviews are likely fake. Please be cautious and don’t let them scam you. They will come to your house under the pretense of providing an estimate. They start at $200 for air conditioning duct cleaning but then claim to find mold. They act honestly and try to help you by offering the best deal. What began as a $200 service ended up costing me $2,700 for cleaning 15 a/c vents, all while alleging that they found mold. Sadly, in my effort to protect my family, I ended up paying for something that wasn't true. I know I will lose a significant amount of money, but I hope no one else has to go through what I am experiencing. I can’t ask this person to feel remorse for taking so much money from a single mother trying to keep her home clean and healthy for her kids. I plan to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, hoping these people will learn not to take advantage of others and to be honest with their customers."

"BUYER BEWARE: *H-Town damaged my carpet and couch. *Promised a refund and now won't return my calls. * Two other companies have come out and said both are damaged and would look worse if it was cleaned again. * Both carpet and couch were in perfect condition prior with no plans to replace for several more years. *Super disappointed not only at how gross they look, but even MORE disappointed and irritated that they won't talk to me, stand behind their work and take accountability. *Hosed!"

They added on extra charges for cleaning the return air duct, main unit, coil wash, and especially the fog machine, which took 5 minutes and ran $139. When I objected to this item initially, Nick told me that it was very important, I suspect because it generated the most profit. I admittedly authorized the work so that blame is on me. The ducts had never been cleaned in 49 years, which is why I went ahead with the whole package. The technicians worked hard and fast but allowed spray paint to fall on the the kitchen appliances. I only wish to warn future customers not to expect to get away for $199."
