Sealants were removed and replaced for all roof jacks, vents and flashings. Broken, missing shingles replaced. Damaged wood decking replaced. Detached shingles replaced. All exhausts were painted, along with roof jacks and vents to prevent corrosion. Before work, in progress work and completed work pictures were provided."
