"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. This was done without needing to cut a hole in my floor. The results were immediate and my floor looks and feels wonderful. I immediately noticed the stability. "Salt & melt/thaw cycles had damaged the front stoop to my brick house beyond repair, so Perry & Perry came out, gave me an estimate, then went to a salvage yard in Detroit to find bricks which almost perfectly matched my original 1928 brickwork.  They built a scaffolding, constructed the steps, then put on cement caps so the salt/ice wouldn't cause damage in the future.  Really exceptional job--plus they are my neighbors & so was happy to throw some business their way. <br />"

"Todd came out right away and gave me an estimate. Within a few days we booked them to do the job and scheduled a date for about a week out. The next day, Todd called and said they could start early if we wanted them to. They came out on Thursday to clear the area and lay the base. The next day they poured the concrete, and left cones and stakes in place for a week, then removed them and finished cleanup. Price was reasonable, work was performed ahead of schedule and everything went smoothly. Would hire again."
