"Homan Painting is a two-man operation. Jim and his brother gave us a reasonable bid and so we hired them. They were professional and reliable. They prepped the house by power washing and doing some scraping. They don't scrape old paint as much as other companies I have seen a worked with. Instead they scrape some and then use a product that adheres to the old paint and walls and is supposed to keep the new paint from flaking off. Fingers crossed this will work. It took about 10 days from start to finish. They did a good job and were pleasant to work with."

Unlike other companies who just looked at the size of our space, Doug took notice to the cracks and other damage on our walls requiring repair before a good paint job could be done. While his bid was slightly above others, I felt he was going to take the extra work to make sure the job was done right - and he did! We were actually out of town when he was available to do the work, so he worked with us to get the job done in our absence, and agreed to settle up payment once we were home to visually inspect - this worked out really well for us!
