I dealt with a rude and confrontational customer service agent named Kelly Dineen, who told us that it wasn’t Reliable’s concern whether our utilities were affected in the install. Hopefully the Reliable install crew puts more pride in their work than Kelly does in hers, and hopefully we won’t encounter any issues where need customer support!
