"I had carpet removed and wood floors installed which left big holes in my wall in the stairwell. A friend tried to fix it and did a pretty good job until he put the texture on. <br /> <br /> It was awful but Stacey fixed it. He had to sand, etc because it was painted. It looks great!! I was told I would have drywall dust everywhere when I got home but he had it taped off with plastic and no dust anywhere!! <br /> <br /> He also installed some dimmers, and a ceiling fan. <br /> <br /> Extremely nice, honest, good people! <br /> <br /> I would recommend to anyone (and have). Price was very fair, and work was top notch."

After a delay in getting someone to come out, they came and stood in the driveway and said they could do a few things to the roof and I should call to schedule a time. My realtor said I need a whole new roof, but can't afford it so we are putting the house on the market as is. I really would appreciate a refund of the $99 - nobody actually inspected the roof; all I got was a rough estimate of $600. So new actual work or services were rendered."

"Pacific Garden Design was a joy to work with. We overlook a barren hill, and had short, sickly shrubs and plants. Our neighbor on one side has an unsightly fence, and our soil is quite sandy. It was a challenge for them, but this winter they worked out a design that included: adding a Tsukubai water feature and rock garden along that fence, stamped concrete edging, a stone bench along the corner of our property overlooking the hill, softly billowing plants that give us a natural border with the hill, an evergreen oasis at the other corner of our property, and spectacular stone steps that lead you from the front of the house to our backyard. It took a while (our weather has been most uncooperative), but throughout the experience they have been attentive, thoughtful, and listened to what we wanted. Sometimes it seemed as if they had read our minds. Now at the end, they feel more like friends (or even family). I would not hesitate to have them back next year to help us with our front yard. All we're waiting for are a few loose ends to tie the project up. Working with them has been a joy! Melissa, Tom, and Fabian---thank you so much!"

"They installed concrete steps and walkway. Very good to get along with and do what they agree to. They did not put in a flat walk at end of steps on original day of work due I think to a misunderstanding of two brothers. (one did the bid and other the work). Upon asking about this they came back another day and installed the walk, no problem. One minor complaint I have is, they used lumber forms and as a result one of steps has a slight bow in it. Using steel forms would have made this straight."
