"Living Water comes monthly during spring, summer, and fall. They spray our entire lawn (it's big) with fertilizer and herbicide. They also apply other treatments at the right time for our area. Our lawn has never looked better. I have already paid for the 2013 season, which will begin soon.

"Before winter came, I wanted to lawn aerated to hopefully fix some issues from the previous year. I asked for them to come by as soon as they could, and they had someone over in 2 days. He was already done aerating before I even realized he was here, and he finished the seeding promptly afterwards. "It went great. My availability was very limited, and they were willing to schedule the work based on my availability (which I really appreciated). Communication before and during the job was excellent. The plumber showed up right when expected (to provide water access to the sprinkler crew and install and wire the controller), did his work without problem, installed and wired the controller as I asked, and cleaned up after. The rest of the crew arrived as he was finishing up. They started work immediately, placing flags to provide locations for the sprinkers, and trenching to gain access to run water under the front walkway. They were careful to neatly lay back the sod they dug up, as well as the flowers that had to be displaced. They placed the two valve boxes where I requested (one for front, one for back). In one part of the yard, they needed to run water under an old walkway. I expressed my concern about the potential for breaking the old thin blocks this was made of. They took heed of my concern, and were able to dig along the side right along the fence such that they only had to dig up one block, which they did carefully. I again appreciated them listening to me and working to accommodate my concerns. Once the system was installed, they were careful to re-lay the sod and flowers back over the trenching, and used their trencher and "tampers" to make the lawn look as if no work had been done. The job couldn't have gone better. They were done in 1.5 days, and you couldn't tell they had been there when they left. I highly recommend these folks.

Prices were less expensive by 40% over the high priced services previously received from a competitor. Quality was equal or better. The company has been responsive and meeting commitments. I like that they use the spray chemicals rather than the fertilizer granules because the spray has better coverage and does not harm the sidewalk or driveway."
