The location, which was at the base of a steep hill did not allow for the proper equipment to remove the stump. Arrived promptly for estimate and emailed it immediately. they charge $600 and had other estimates for $900, $100 and $1400 for same job! sent out Miss utility and once that was complete they were ready to c ome out the next day. they had to push is to one day later due to an unexpectedly long job but they came the next day as promised. They communicated with me by phone, email and text to let me know off the schedules and any chances. Did the work with a team of 5 and large, well-kept machines. removed the stump and removed all the debris and place was in perfect condition (minus our dead tree) when they left. final payment request came in promptly and was easy to pay online. I would hire them again without any hesitation. VERY happy with the company."

"I called for an estimate and the company sent a rep. He was very friendly and promised to send me a quote. Had to text back the email since their online system did not have it. That was it. Never heard back even after following up two times. Because of this I will not recommend. If you have a huge job, go risk working with the company. If you have a branch or small tree like mine, good luck getting even an estimate from this company. Totally unprofessional. Look at website, it should have been a sign. Verbose, mind 90s feel."
