"The house was recently purchased. It's over 150 years old and had been neglected for quite a long time. The building inspector listed pointing as the most urgent exterior repair. The house is not large but the amount of repair and pointing was extensive. Quinn Brothers was selected for the work from a short list of competitors whose cost estimates were similar. Quinn Brothers was selected because Patrick Quinn spent the most time familiarizing himself with the project and making suggestions about options. The quality of work Quinn Brothers did is top-notch. The crew worked steadily and the job was completed in the timeframe promised. Communications were excellent throughout the project, with prompt notices from Patrick about how the job was progressing and prompt responses to my texts. More masonry work is needed at the house and Quinn Brothers will be doing that work, too."

"This was a big job that was part of a whole-house renovation. JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. Juan and Joshua were great coordinating the project--super quick response time for a walk-through & estimate. And the crew were great---super nice guys who did a great job. (One of them even lent me a tool to help with a project I was working on in the kitchen!) Both my carpenter and painters were impressed with their work. "Maintain It All did a great job digging up a mess of old concrete, the extent which was not known prior to starting the job to then lay down a new driveway extension. The driveway looks great and their project manager was very helpful throughout the process. The pricing is middle of the road, however their level of service and quality of the work more than makes up for paying a little extra. They also did a soft wash of my house/deck which came out very nicely for a reasonable price."
