"Excellent! We needed 4 Timber Retaining Walls that were jointly owned by 6 households (10 people) torn down & Replaced with Stone Retaining Walls. (Not an easy feat with multiple households, one being out of state for an extended period.) However, the paperwork was managed easily by A & J Excavation. All signatures were obtained electronically and work was able to begin. At the jobs completion, everyone was extremely pleased with the quality of the work. "D'Antonio Landscaping did some extensive work in our entire yard. It was a major project that included redesigning the entire front walkway, landscaping with new plants, rebuilding a new porch, retaining wall, installing fountain, installing lights that gave a new look to the front exterior of the house. We also got the entire backyard done with a 1250 sqft patio, inbuilt gas grill with sink, fire fit, pergola, retaining seating wall, redesign of all the plants and installing of SOD across 7000 sqft of backyard. Along the side was a beautiful walking path from the side entrance for us to get to the backyard. Throughout the property all the plants, trees, focus lights, path lights, patio lights were installed. I must say the exterior of the house is looking stunning and greatly applauded by our all neighbors who walk by. Extremely happy with the quality, commitment, knowledge of Nick D'Antonio and his team in the field of landscaping who you can rely on. "A+ Landscaping did an absolutely outstanding job designing and constructing a new patio for us. When originally built, our house had a 10'x12' concrete pad that was not very functional. We wanted a new and larger patio that would be conducive to outdoor entertaining and also be very attractive, while also complying with local stormwater management ordinances. Marcus came out to our house, sketched out a design, and gave us some great ideas. When completed, the patio was about 450 square feet, with Techo Bloc permeable pavers, sitting walls, pillars, and and low voltage lights on a timer. ([*** Link removed ***] This was not an easy project, as the local Township stormwater management regulations required careful planning, extensive excavation, and an infiltration bed to be installed underneath the patio. In addition to the patio, A+ Landscaping also installed some river rock in an area where grass doesn't grow well, three large stepping stones, new mulch beds and plantings along one side of the patio as well as along one side of the house, and also installed three pop-up rain spouts in the yard. They started the project when promised and worked straight through until completed four days later. They also reseeded areas that were excavated. I am biased, but I believe we have the nicest patio of the more than eighty homes in our community! We spent about $17,000 for everything, but that included the patio and landscaping work. It was well worth the investment."
