"The young salesman they sent was very personable and knowledgeable about the products. We reviewed all our options and decided on a steel front entryway door. We were told someone would be out to measure and it would take about 2 months for the door to be customized and delivered. It was actually less than 1 month from the time of the order to full installation. The installer was excellent. He came out with 1 helper and the old door was removed and replaced within 1 1/2 hours.
