On the first appointment, they repeatedly told me that they were running late. 4 hours past their promised arrival I had to call them, only to get an apology and offered a discount if they could come the same time next day. Next day, no show and no call. Several hours past their appointment, they finally called to tell me they had a flat tire and scheduled an appointment the following week. No show and no call at all. When I finally called them, they actually had the nerve to try to schedule a fourth appointment, which I obviously declined. I was tied to the house for three days and still had to find another company to complete the work. I?d give them 0 stars if I had the option."
