What we appreciate the most is Judith (owner) messages us after each clean just to make sure everything is to our standards. You cannot beat that type of customer service! With regards to COVID protocol, they are excellent. They told us they were vaccinated during the first visit and they have their masks on so you feel safer during this uncertain times. They also showed us other suggested products to disinfect the house and tested it after our approval just to see if we like it. Overall, I highly recommend hiring them for all your cleaning needs!"

"Since I had used them before at another rental property I own for a dryer vent/duct cleaning and they advertised a whole house duct cleaning "special", I though I would give them a try again for the private residence (split level home) where I live. Office receptionist was cheerful and helpful and made the appointment as soon as their schedule permitted. She advised that representative would come by to check out the where the job was to be performed. She called when rep was due to advise that he would be a couple of hours late. I was okay with that since I wanted the work done. The rep was in the house maybe 10 minutes. He asked to see the furnace which was in the basement. I explained that there was one duct each in each of the up stairs bedrooms (3) the one upstairs bathroom and that there were additional ducts in the family room, additional bathroom, kitchen and living room. He left and emailed an estimate within the hour. The amount of the estimate was double the advertised special. When I questioned the amount via return email, the explanation was that the house was a split level and that I had 2 ducts in the basement. The advertised offer "covered 1 complete system/unit 1 zone and that additional charges would apply if additional systems need service". There is one zone heating/cooling in my home. I maybe would have accepted the offer if there were additional per duct charges over whatever the number of ducts the company considered as standard..but not DOUBLE the original offer. When I called the office to made an additional inquiry I asked about the offer and was told that the rep had final say over the price and the offer covered a one floor (ranch style?) home. Office advised that each floor of the home was subject to the special offer. This was confusing and deceptive advertising. "Special" deal language should be amended to indicate either how many ducts are included or that deal applies to certain kinds of residences. Will not use this company or recommend this company."

"The repairs, the clean-up, and the pleasant experience exceeded my expectations. A large oak tree fell on our roof, breaking through roof rafters and ceiling joists with branches in the bedroom. It is an older house with loose fill insulation in the attic. As soon as the tree was removed, Steve's crew covered the gaping hole with a tarp and did the interior carpentry to replace the rafters and joists. They also cleaned up in the bedroom everyday so that I did not have to call a clean-up company The entire roof and chimney flashing was replaced. The estimate that was provided for the repair was not questioned by the insurance company, It was a pleasure to deal with Steve. He is pleasant, and always responsive to phone calls and emails. My first experience with Steve was at my daughter's newly purchased house to waterproof a stone chimney. Her "house inspector" said that the two color stone was because they came from different parts of the quarry. Steve correctly diagnosed that a new cap was needed and that water was seeping in from the top. Problem solved- the stone dried up in a couple of weeks and is now the same color on the whole chimney. I recommend Angus Theriault without reservation."
