Two other roofing companies said it could not be done. My insurance company turned it down 3 times. Phillip Groover was amazing. He would not give up. They finally agreed to covering half of the roof. BUT Phillip would not stop there. 5 visits, photos, videos, negotiations. He got me 100% coverage.
