He set-up an appointment to have someone come out the very next morning, on a Sunday! After they arrived and completed the site survey they gave me a firm quote and completed the repair the same morning with a two year guarantee for materials and labor. No roofing repairs are going to be cheap especially on a Sunday, but the cost was reasonable and I’m impressed with how quickly it was fixed. Extremely good response time and communication.
