He arrived on time the day of the work and worked continuously until it was all done. I had not had it done in 7 years and we have many pine trees all around, so the siding/ trim were pure black in many places. "Tyler was very professional and answered all my questions. As well a bring up concerns that that I should have about the care of ones roof. We were able to create a plan for my roof over the phone. This made it easy to schedule the work at our connivence. He described the process and chemicals being used; and their effect on my plants and cedar shingles. He did explain that it may take 2 to 3 months for the roof to become completely clean. But assured that he could come back in a few months if wanted to get the roof rinsed off with a hose and not a high pressure washer. I’m looking forward to a clean roof."

"I can't say enough good things about Jim and his crew.  He's replaced a roof, torn down and replaced a deck, and replaced my back stairs.  His work is excellent.  He always shows up when he says he will; he's professional, he has excellent communication, and his prices are extremely fair.  He went above and beyond what he said he would do, in order to do it right.  When other people wouldn't even look at my roof for months, he was there and working within two weeks!  He even scheduled my deck for another time to get to other roofs, essentially foregoing more money because he was right there and it would have been easy, to work on others' roofs because they had leaks and he felt it was the morally right thing to do.  With all the sketchy contractors out there, he was refreshing to deal with.
