"We have contracted with Genesis twice. First (in 2015) for windows and second (in 2017) for roof and siding. Both went well. For the siding and roof they we able to work in the budget of the insurance payment (as the previous siding and roof were hail-damaged). I will also note that their clean up was better than most. We didn't find any nails or leftovers like many of my friends have experienced from other contractors (which is important to us with kids running around). They were easy to deal with. I had a few minor concerns along the way and they followed up with me immediately. We still love our Elements windows - they have made a huge difference in our utility payments and seem to be holding up well. I will look at them again for work based on our experiences."
