"I hired Caballeros to do cleanup in my backyard. My backyard is the size of two tennis courts. I haven’t touched it in 23 years. It was full of brittle brush to the point where you could barely walk around the backyard. Also, weeds had grown around the perimeter of my property, creating a fire hazard. They used a Weedwhacker on the weeds to create a fire break and pulled all of the brittle brush out out of my backyard and along the side of the house they went way beyond what I expected them to do. They cleaned up after themselves they took all of the brush away, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The other companies sent me emails. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
