"I first contacted Scott via email late at night expecting to receive a response no earlier than the following morning, but Scott surprisingly responded immediately letting me know he would call me during the day. Scott discussed the pros, cons, and financial options of each water treatment system, sent an email with all of the corresponding information, then scheduled a visit to further discuss them in reference to my household’s specific needs. As a former chemist and current physician, I was impressed with Scott’s ability to explain the mechanisms of water treatment and conditioner systems in detail without using excessively technical terms or condescending. Compared to the other three companies from which we received estimates, Lifewater gave us the most professional yet personable service for the best price. We ultimately decided to purchase a whole house water treatment system. The night prior our scheduled installation, my husband decided we should add an RO system and Scott was able to accommodate our last minute request.
