Fast forward to 2018 when it was time to replace the roof. Jason in Sales gave us a prompt estimate for our home to be re-roofed, new fascia installed and new gutters installed. The Project Manager Ricky was attentive to the details of this significant sized project and Tony the lead on the crew, along with the other crew members ensured that everything was done well. Jason promptly answered questions about the proposal and the owner, Lenny, ensured that warranty information was complete and that we were happy with their services. To that end, we vetted 8 additional roofing contractors for this project and are very happy we selected Pinnacle. "I don't usually write reviews, but definitely want to write one for Tekline Roofing. My brother in law recommended Tekline and we are very pleased we had their group do the work. Their customer service was excellent and they responded very quickly with questions. Norm was great at explaining the roofing process, how to get prepared, etc. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. Our home is old and has a somewhat complex roof and they definitely didn't cut any corners. We felt confident the work was being done well. The work took longer than expected, partly because they discovered there wasn't plywood on parts of our roof, something they couldn't determine until the old shingles were removed. Tha was excellent and came by our home a few days before the work started to discuss how they would protect our garden-landscaping. They daily placed tarps and plywood to protect damaging things outside and they cleaned up every day after 11-12 hours of hard work. Misael oversaw the daily work and took photos and the team shared updates and photos on a regular basis. At the end of the project, my garden looks great! The roof was just completed this week and they will be back to replace one of the skylights in our attic that was on backorder."

"I had a new roof done by North Creek Roofing and I found excellent customer service for all my interactions with the company. The people I spoke with included the following: Chris Cunningham (estimator) who took time with detailed answering of questions in-person and by email, had top-of-the-line follow up, maintained a positive attitude with numerous detailed questions (and returning in-person to show me the static vent they would be installing), and put together an excellent, easy-to-read proposal (the best proposal I received from several roofers); to John Frazier (Operations Manager) who chose the work team for the new roof and had excellent follow up with questions and resolving issues; Jose (headed up the work crew and worked on the roof); Sonny (follow up on bird spikes and roof inspection); Erica (billing); Diane (production); and Candy (administrative assistant)."

"The work done at that time was superb. They were not the cheapest bid for the job (by any means) but I can tell you they were worth every penny and more. They did not just slap on a new roof. Once the old roof was removed they were able to identify and fix issues that would have resulted in a shorter life for the new roof. Since that initial install we have had a couple of issues happen that I initially thought were related to the roof leaking. In both cases LHRR responded immediately and had someone come out to take a look that same afternoon. It turned out that neither leak was the fault of the roof. However, not only did they isolate where the problems were, they took charge of getting them resolved. In one case by getting a new chimney stack hood built and installed. And, in a situation that happened this last Friday afternoon we had a call from our tenant that the "roof over the hall closet had collapsed". That sounded very serious and I called LHRR. They had one of there project managers out there within an hour. I drove up to the house and within 30 minutes of arriving David from LHRR showed up as well. The roof was, in fact, intact - however the sheet rock ceiling in the closet had fallen down and was obviously very wet. After going up on the roof and seeing no obvious roof issues David, by putting is fingers into some of the vent holes, realized what the issue was. "Your vent stack from the furnace has come apart". This mean the furnace was venting into the attic. We quickly verified that was the issue. Rather than saying to me that this was not a roof issue David took it upon himself to get fix the problem. This included having another worker from his team come over and also calling a parts supplier to get a replace piece of the vent stack. The two of them cleaned up the fallen blow-in insulation in the closed and then from the underside (thru the closet ceiling) and someone on the roof made the necessary repairs to insure that the issue was not only fixed but fasten more securely with screws and straps to prevent this from every happening again. So a call from a frantic tenant at 1:30pm was completely resolved by 4:30pm (except for some upcoming sheet rock repair after we let things dry out). I had called the furnace vendor and others and got a simply - sorry it's Friday afternoon. We can have someone there on Tuesday. The response that I got from LHRR was above and beyond type of service response. And this is the 2nd time for me that they have responded this way. I want to make sure that I added this review to let people know the value of doing business with a reputable company that truly stands behind their work and even goes way beyond that. DO NOT be tempted to simply go with a low bidder. Unfortunately there are lots of shortcuts that can be taken in this type of work to make the job cheaper. LHRR does the right thing and should be commended and rewarded for that. While you cheaper roofing job might look OK on day one, will they truly be there for you in 5 years when something goes wrong. A profound thanks to LHRR for their continued great service over the years. You cannot go wrong with these guys. I would rate them A++++ if it were an option."

"Due to excellent reviews from Angie’s List, we decided to hire MCS Roofing and Construction. Marlon immediately replied to my e- mail and even called me directly to inform that he can check out our roof the next day. He showed up on time and told us he can repair the roof leak at a fair price. However, he advised us to change the roof in one year time to avoid further leak problem due to the poor workmanship and quality of our roof shingles. He offered us a great deal, and we agreed to completely change the roof instead of simply repairing it. The crew came the next day and finished the new roof installation in 3.5 days. They used good quality shingles that have a 15 year labor warranty. The crew clean up the worksite after their work is done. Our roof looks great and stands out in our neighborhood. They really did an amazing job, and we are really happy with their work. We will definitely recommend to everyone."

"Mr. Ramos and his crew did a great job replacing our rambler's roof. From the initial estimate to the final stage, he was communicative, punctuate and the result was beautiful. The quote was extremely reasonable as well, and he was there personally for the whole installation to ensure everything gets done right. Our front patio is prone to cracks and he also made arrangements with the delivery company to make sure no risk or damage is done. He also pointed out we need to install additional ventilation to ensure roof life and we trust that he will do a great job on this as well."

"Oh, The Joys Of Home Ownership We purchased our home in 2014 and since then there have been a series of things demanding our attention. This last winter (2016-2017) there were torrential downpours which brought with them two small roof leaks. So when we received an offer from Angie’s List for a new roof from Premier Construction Services, we decided to pursue it. Mike emailed me the next day to make arrangements to come out and take a look at the roof and discuss the project. Right away I could tell he was very passionate about his work and that it was important we thoroughly understood the different materials and techniques used to properly install a roof. He gave us several options at various price levels so that we could decide what would work best for us. We went with the TruDefinition Duration Shingles that come with the Total Protection roofing system by Owens Corning. Since we are on Social Security, this investment stretched our budget to the max. We are thoroughly impressed with Mike and his team, their professionalism and commitment to satisfaction. Now that the job is completed, we are very glad we listened to Mike and took his expert advice. Mike and his crew finished the job (32 squares) in 3 days including tear-off and didn’t cut any corners; replacing all the flashing, ridge and roof vents. During the entire process you could tell that it was extremely important to Mike that we were completely satisfied with the work and was delighted to answer any questions or concerns we had. Personally, we think Premier describes Mike and his crew and the job they did. Well done!"
