"The guys were very professional and they did a great job troubleshooting an electrical problem that required their expertise. I had outlets that were reading as a hot ground reverse on my multimeter but in fact there was a lost neutral wire that was very difficult to find. They checked all of the outlet wiring in the guest and adjacent rooms and were able to quickly locate the issue in a junction box in the attic. There is no way I could have troubleshooted this myself even after all of the YouTube DIY videos I looked at. The best part was that they came in at a very reasonable price. I contacted Pacific Lawn several times to correct the invoice and they insisted that I received 3 METAL heads whereas the invoice billed me for 3 PLASTIC. heads.
