Phil took time to explain coastal roofing challenges and used pictures of our roof to show us the existing condition. Workers were safe and polite. Work area was left in good order each day; project was completed promptly and looks great. After a big wind and lots of rain, gutters drain well and the roof is secure and well sealed. I would like to emphasize the importance of using a roofer who is familiar with coastal conditions.
