Usually garden hoses are used to ensure the downspouts are clear. And finally, they sent an email link to their own review, and when I filled it out I got this message: "Please review the error(s) below. 1. Update Opportunity - The content of elements must consist of well-formed character data or markup." I have no idea what this means, but it did mean that I couldn't submit the review to them."
